Delete a workspace

DELETE/v1/workspaces/{workspaceId}

Delete the workspace: its members lose access, its API keys are revoked, and its exports and own provider keys are deleted. It fails with 409 workspace_has_brands while it has brands, and with 409 workspace_has_responses while it has responses, since responses outlive their brands. Only the workspace owner can do this, and only from the app. See Owner-only and app-only.
