Privacy Policy

Ayeform is a tool for building lead forms. This policy explains what we do with data about people who use Ayeform or our website, and people who fill in forms made with Ayeform.

• Account details: your name, email address, workspace and team members.
• Your content: forms, brands, images, settings and anything else you add.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device details, pages visited and logs.
• Form responses: answers and uploaded files, including unfinished answers on forms set to save them, with the IP address, browser, page address, referrer, ad and campaign identifiers, and consent records.

We use data to provide and secure the service, block abuse, support you, improve the product, tell you about changes to it, and meet legal duties. We don't sell personal data.

The business that runs a form decides what it collects and what happens to the responses. It is responsible for that data, and we handle it on its behalf. If you filled in a form and have a question or request about your data, contact that business. We'll help it respond.

• Service providers that run parts of Ayeform for us, including Google Analytics, hosting, databases, sign-in, bot checks, text messages, email checks and AI features.
• Tools a customer connects, such as ad platforms, webhooks and other lead systems.
• Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect people and the service.
• A buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganized.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings and keep a visitor's place in a form, and measure usage of our website and product. Forms can also read ad identifiers already on the page so a customer can measure its ads. Your browser settings can block these, but parts of the service may stop working.

We keep account data and content while your account is active, and form responses until they are deleted. Forms made without an account are deleted after 7 days. We may keep some data longer where the law requires it or to resolve disputes. To delete your account, email help@ayeform.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or limit how it's used, and to complain to a data protection regulator. To use these rights, email help@ayeform.com. We won't treat you worse for using them.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure. Our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States, with safeguards where the law requires them.

Ayeform isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
