Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Ayeform. By using it, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use Ayeform for a business, you agree for that business too. Keep your sign-in and API keys safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Ayeform is free while we launch. When launch ends, we will keep the data collected so far and ask you to upgrade at a competitive price. Some features are marked coming soon and may not be available yet.

Your forms and the responses you collect stay yours. You let us host, process and display them as needed to run the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you add.

You are responsible for how you collect and use leads, including valid consent and following the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, Do Not Call rules, CAN-SPAM, GDPR and any similar law. Consent wording, consent records and Lead ID certificates are tools. They aren't legal advice and don't guarantee compliance.

You must also give people the privacy notices the law requires on your forms and websites.

• Break the law or violate anyone's rights.
• Collect data through deception, including phishing or impersonating someone.
• Send spam, or collect passwords, full card numbers or similar secrets.
• Spread malware, attack the service or get around its limits or security.
• Resell or copy the service without our written permission.

Ayeform can connect to services we don't run, and their own terms apply. We aren't responsible for them. AI features can get things wrong, so check what they produce before you use it.

Ayeform, including its software and design, belongs to us. We may change or stop features. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

You can stop using Ayeform at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we stop offering the service. Sections that should logically continue after that, such as liability and indemnity, still apply.

Ayeform is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any lead is genuine or will convert.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, leads or data. Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100.

You will defend and compensate us for claims and costs that come from your content, your leads, your use of Ayeform or your breach of these terms or the law, including claims about consent or marketing.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Ayeform after a change, you accept it.
